Local Pickup Policy

We now offer a local pickup option for customers who would like to be able to pick up their orders and avoid shipping costs.  To utilize local pickup, select local pickup during checkout.

Customers who wish to utilize local pickup should be aware of the following:

• We will send you a notification that your order is ready for pickup. If some items are not immediately available we will treat backordered and preordered items as separate orders and you will get a separate notification for each item that comes available.
• Local pickup orders are held for 30 days from the day that they are marked for pickup. If not picked up within that period we will charge a restocking fee and the remaining balance will be refunded to store credit that can be utilized on a future order.
